When I started it was cool out and the wind was at my back. I started off easy but my pace picked up easy as well. I did the first 4 miles as a progressive tempo run, then the next 2 miles semi easy pace. Then one mile of 5 x strides of .1 mile distance followed by .1 mile easy to recover. The pace of the strides went up as fast as 6:30 - 8:00. The last mile was at an easy pace to recover. Excellent run. (889c)
