Notes
I was going to do a tempo run today, but it was much too hot and I was tired because I only slept 5 hours last night. I felt like I was dragging bad. It's amazing the difference lack of sleep and heat can make. I also ate lunch an hour before running so that probably didn't help much either. I started slow and tried to increase the speed by about 1/2 minute each mile for the first 5 miles, then slow for the last mile which was partially uphill. (611c)
