COMMENTS: Ran past the lookout hill. Started up the hill but didn't go up far before I changed my mind and came back down. It was a good run and I felt good after. I managed 6.2 mph avg. which was a first for me this year. My right knee was getting sore in behind the knee by about 1 1/2 miles. I kept running though and it's still sore after. Left knee and ankle slightly sore but not bad.
