Race Sim. First 6 miles easy, next 4 harder pace followed by cooldown. Effort was much easier in Vancouver, probably due to the elevation difference.

Ran around the Sea Wall at Stanley Park in Vancouver. Wore shorts & t-shirt and froze. My arms were frozen for the first part of the run until I got around the far side into the sun. It was really nice out. (1142c)
