Notes

I don't think all my interval/recovery times are accurate because they actually add up to over 7 miles and I know I didn't do 7 miles, but for training purposes I'll leave them there. I think I started out too fast on the hills because I couldn't keep up the pace for very long. I'm going to have to try them again maybe next week but at a slower pace and see if I can get a greater distance for each of them.

It was a good run and I felt good after. The last little speed burst I was hoping to take me right to the 6 miles, to simulate finishing a race, but I either started it too early, or sped up too fast so I couldn't keep it up. Oh well, I'll eventually figure it out.

The road was wet from the rain last night so it was pretty soft in some places and my feet did get wet.
