TEMPERATURE: 15 - 25
COMMENTS: I ran loop & tail 3x (Lap1 - 5.64 mi at 5.5 mph) home for BR break (stomach) ate banana. Ran towards French Bay and had to stop 1/2 way for BR break in bush (didn't stop timer) At French Bay stopped BR Break (Lap 2 - 4.77 mi at 4.9 mph) Started back and stopped timer at 13.1 miles to mark time for 1/2 marathon (Lap 3 2.69 mi at 4.7 mph) TT at this point (2:35:00) Kept going until 14 miles. (Lap 4 - .9 mi at 4.4 mph)
Legs getting stiff after 8mi and had to force them to continue till 14 miles. (Avg 5.0mph - 357c) (Stomach problems 3x)
