COMMENTS: At work today. Did the 5K program on the treadmill here. I did the first 10 minutes at 4.2mph, then changed to 4.5mph. For some reason, the Treadmill at work is always easier than the treadmill at home (hmm.. I wonder if it's sitting on a power spot) I had to stop at 36 min to use the bathroom and my heartrate dropped to 138, but came back up again. The highest my HR went was 174 during the 4 degree incline at 4.5mph. Felt real good throughout. Was tempted to raise the speed more, but didn't. (280c)
