I was originally planning on only running 8 miles today. This morning though I thought I would do 10. Then I got running about a 12 min/mi pace and just kept running. I ran into Sask, and didn't turn around until 7 miles. Then on the way back I decided to go a little longer and ran the loop and tail and then south towards the other entrance to CR giving myself a total of 16 miles, my longest run so far. Motion Based is showing my distance as 16.25 miles but I'm only counting what my Garmin 201 tells me. I kept my HR under 150 until the killer hill on the way back an instead of slowing down for this hill I tried to maintain my pace up it without success. For that mile my HR was above 160 peaking at 180 and for the rest of the run it was mainly around 160. My legs are a little stiff, but not too bad. (1730c)
