I ran around town (Saint John) this morning, then ran the trails at Rockwood Park. I wasn't planning on doing 10 miles today but I was feeling good and I decided I might as well run back as well. At about 3.5 miles I sprained my left ankle (which is why mile 4 is slower). I hobbled for less than a 1/4 mile before I started running again. There were many hills throughout the run and I added a few fartleks for speed. I think mile 7 was slower as well because there was a good sized hill. It was a very good run and I didn't feel tired or stiff or anything afterwards. (999c)
