83% humidity today. That made it seem much hotter than 18 degrees out. First and last miles were easy and the mid 3 miles at tempo pace, still a little faster than I was trying to go. (3 miles tempo 27:46 a pace of 9:16/mi.) Wore the Asics shoes. The ball of my left foot was a little sore towards the end of the run but this has happened while breaking in any shoes. Good run. (504c)
