Notes

I was going to do a speed workout but I had a hard time increasing my speed at all. I wonder if it's because I've ran too much and need more recovery time. I did most of the run at 4.0 but did go up to 5.0 a few times. I'm also on the treadmill at home with the incline stuck at 1.5. Even so, I should have been able to do some faster.
