COMMENTS: It was a nice day for a run. Could have used something to cover my ears again today. I ran south to hwy 55 then turned around. Kim met me part way when he went to the post office. I ran back north past the house again and half way up the next big hill. Did a few hills with 8% incline for a couple of them. My legs were getting pretty stiff for the last couple miles, but I felt really good. After I looked at my book I realized I was only supposed to go 5.5 today. Oh well! (says 148c?)
