Had to run indoors due to all the smoke outside from the BC fires (it's bad)... After 1 mile I increased the speed and did 1 mile of hills at 6mph changing the incline every .1 mile as follows 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Then back to 1 and a slower speed for remainder of run. Good run.
