Notes

Long run with .1 mile walk breaks every mile. I'm still not sure if the walk breaks help anything. Every time I started to run again my left ankle was a bit stiff. I am trying to build my endurance without re-injuring myself, so I think it's the safest way to do this. Lots of hills too. (Innisfail) Good run. (1424c)
