Notes
Last long run with the group before the race. It was supposed to be a slow run but they started off at about 8:30/mi pace which was too quick for me. After about 8 miles my legs were feeling tired and I slowed down quite a bit for the last 2 miles. I should have started off slower. It was very hot out in that sun, which didn't help either. Hopefully I'll be able to do good in the race next week. (1135c)
