1.5 mile w/u run to track - Main set - 800x8 at 5:30 per miles pace. 400 m r.i. Each rep. was about 2:44 - 2:46. Got my HR up into the 177-178 range repeatedly. 1.5 mile run to home. Not bad considering this is not a great time of the day for me and the heat.
