Notes

Heart rate was a little high for this pace. I guess I have scrubbed some fitness since Kona, which is good. Next week I'll start a base building phase. Pace building and some early-season testing will last until the first week of January when I will begin a run focus for the Snake River Half Marathon the first week of March.
