My legs felt fried this morning. Maybe the race last weekend or the 7+ hours on the bike yesterday. Decided to treat this like race day since it appeared my legs went going to be really fast. Opened up with 4 miles at about a 7:30 pace, then dropped down to 7:20-7:25. With about six miles to go I pretended it was the last 10k of IM. Tried to keep the pace at 7:20 without slowing down. Good run.
