Notes

1.75 mile run to track - then 8x800 at 10k race pace w/ 90 second rest intervals. Each repeat was between 2:56 and 2:59. Felt very tired at the end, probably from the intensity of my trainer rides the last 2 days and yesterday's hard run. Was going to do 10 repeats, but I cut it short.
