Notes

1.5 mile warm up run to the track, then 8x800m, designed for all to be sub-6, w/ 1 min. r.i. All ended up b/w 2:54 and 2:58 (around 5:50-5:55 pace for the 800s). 1.5 mile c/d run home. Solid 20 hour week. Now going to take a rest week leading into Onionman Olympic Distance Tri and then 1 Peak week two weeks out from Boise. Boise is in 20 days.
