4 mile w/u run to track, then 6 miles of tempo on the track. Did this on the track for consistency and the soft surface. Kept the first 4 miles between 6:15 and 6:20, dropped the last 2 miles down to a 6:05 then a 5:54. The whole 6 miles was done in 37:33, or a 6:15 average, w/ a HR average of 160. 1.5 mile c/d run to home. Great quality run two weeks from AG Nationals.
