Med – Mod – Mad
10 minutes warm up, then 6:30s to 40 minutes, 6:15s for 40 minutes and 6:00s until I got to 18 miles then I stopped. Could have done 19 mile in under 2 hours, but I was getting pretty tired and my HR was soaring (high 170s), which lead me to think good enough. Longest TM run I've ever done.
