1.5 c/d run home from track. After this, I did a 47:00 spin on the Computrainer, 15 miles, 19.1 mph ave. Then did a .5 hour open water swim in Lake CDA. End of a 25.2 hour week, 300 bike, 40 run and 7 swim, plus 2 strength training days. Over the last 4 weeks, my progression back to pre-IM training volumn has been sensible. Now, I'll do a rest week/taper leading into Troika on 8/3. Then we'll pick it up again for a couple weeks, rest week at Priest Lake, then three weeks to Grand Columbian and a mere 7 weeks to Kona.
