Notes

Drove to the track. The 12x1 mile repeats, leaving on the 7s (more or less). Most were in the 6:10 to 6:20 range. Reversed course at mile 10 and did a 5:44 (for Sean). Slowed back down for the last 2 miles. HR got into the low 170s during the last 4 mile repeats. Got hard after 8.

Did about 20.5 hours this week. Taking tomorrow off. One more big week.
