Notes

Started out around 7:40 and dropped down from there. Felt good throught most of the run. Back/butt is becoming less of an issue. The last couple miles felt hard. I got tired, but was able to maintain a pace around 7:00 per mile during the last three miles. Felt good to get in a quality long run.
