Notes

Last long track workout of the season!! Yahoooo! 5x1 mile repeat w/ 2 min. r.i. Started at about half marathon pace and kept going until the repaets got down to 10k race pace. 6:21, 6:15, 6:09, 6:06, 6:01. Hard workout. Got my heart rate into the low 170s on the last two repeats. 1.5 mile warm up run to track and then the same rum home make for 8 miles total. Last long run tomorrow.
