Did not want to get up this morning. The swim went really well, however. Speed swim. Warm up 250 easy. 6x75, two laps easy/one lap fast on 15 sec rest. Main Set 8x150, 100 fast w/10 sec rest/50 easy on 1 min rest. (1:20, 1:20, 1:19, 1:18, 1:19, 1:18, 1:19, 1:20 - holy crap!). 600 pull (9:03). 10x50 alternate rest of 5 sec and 30 sec.
