8x1 mile repeats on the SFCC Track after the century ride. Legs were toast at the start. Ran the first 4 w/ James. Tried to leave on the 7s. The mile splits were as follows - 6:14, 6:19, 6:13, 6:18, 6:18, 6:20, 6:18, 6:06. HR stayed below 160 until the last 2 mile repeats when it crept up into the low 160s. Great workout. 28 hours this week. Great week. Rest week coming up leading into WF on Saturday. Total rest day tomorrow.
