1.5 warm up run to track, then 6x800 at 10 k race pace (3:00, 2:59, 2:55, 2:51, 2:49, 2:48). Started feeling pretty sluggish, but felt really good by the end. Nice to see the times decnd like that. Surprised at how easy this workout felt by the time I was done. 90 second r.i. 1.5 mile cool down run to home. NOW I'M DONE! OFF TO KONA!!!
