Notes

2 mile warm up. Main set - 6x800. 1.5 mile c/d. That was the first true speed work session I've done in a long time. Started easy doing the first 800 in 3:00, and dropped it down to a 2:45 by the end. Felt pretty good. Had the TM at .5 elevation.
