2.25 mile warm up - then MAIN SET - 6 miles at half marathon race pace (6:05-6:10) (just like last week)...
1. 6:01/160 HR
2. 6:06/166 HR
3. 6:10/167 HR
4. 5:57/168 HR

36:30 total (6:05 pace). A little slower than last week, but within the target range. There was a 5-8 mph wind out of the west. I was running on Upriver Drive by Avista, which has a general east-west orientation. I was running up and back, sometimes with the wind sometimes against it. That probably accounts for some of the swings in the times as my HR was pretty steady. 2.25 c/d run back to the office.
