Notes

Treadmill hill run because it was cold and rainy. Did 2 mile warm up at 8 minute pace, then started adding incline. Did a quater mile incline (hill) followed by a quater mile flat run. Kept the speed at 7.5 (8 minute mile pace). Did 10 repeats. 4.0x2, 4.5x2, 5.0x2, 5.5x2, 6.0x2. At the begining, my HR was topping out in the high 150s, in the middle it was the low 160s and the last 2 were in the high 160s. Good workout with some intensity.
