Same as the last three last weeks - Set the TM at 8.0 (7:30s). 2 mile w/u, then 10x1/4 mile hills with a 1/4 mile r.i. in between each. 2x4%, 2x4.5%, 2x5%, 2x5.5%, 2x6%. HR gets lower every week.
