Notes

First run workout in quite some time. I've been cross country skiing, but running injury getting better. Proximal hamstring tendonopathy. Dailey trips to the gym for PT exercises and three month later its getting better. I'm going to log the 20min easy run on the treamill. Hopefully my come back starts today.
