Notes

2 weeks out - About 11 hours. Days off on Monday and Saturday (travel). Three key workouts - (1) 4000 yd. straight swim on Tuesday; (2) 3.0 hour brick (2.5/.5) on Wednesday; and (3) a 2.5 hour brick (2.0/.5) in Hawaii on Sunday. Last lift on Wednesday or Thursday depending on work. All downhill after that.
