1.5 mile w/u w/ some strides at 5k race pace. main set - (8 x 1200 at 10k pace (4:10 – 4:15 or a 5:35-5:40 per mile pace) w/ 400 meter RI).

Just couldn't get it any faster than that. 4:18 is a 5:45 pace, so whatever. The wind was blowing a bit (12 mph) which slowed me down. The main set took about 48 minutes. About half way through the sixth rep it got really hard. 1.5 mile c/d.
