Notes

Good long run. Set the treadmill at .5% incline and started out with 10 miles at an easy 7:30 per mile pace. Then ran 3 miles at a 7:00 per mile pace (HR mid 150s). Finished with 2 miles at goal marathon pace of 6:35 per mile pace. 1.5 miles easy cool down.
