2 mile warm up (15:00). Main set 6 miles at around half marathon race pace (36:41/167 average HR/6:07 pace). My HR was in the mid to high170s during the last 2.5 miles. Had the TM at .5% elevation throughout. 1 mile c/d (8:00).
Missed my workouts yeserday because I had to go to Stanford University for work Now I'm taking the family skiing this weekend so that's probably it for the week. I have four important weeks going in the Snake River Half. Time to get consistent again.
