Nice easy run out the Centennial Trail to the East, basically ran the Troika course, plus some extra.

I'm going to switch the order of my workouts tomorrow. I am going to make my target run the first workout of the day and ride the bike at night after work. The purpose of this is to try to nail the run workout (2 mile w/u - 6 miles at half marathon pace (6:05 - 6:10) - 1 to 2 mile c/d).
