Ran out Summit to the new asphalt trail leading up the hill from the Sandifur foot bridge to Summit. About 2 miles out, then found the steepest part of the hill, still not too steep though. It took 75 seconds to run up it hard. R.I. was the run back down. Did this 9 times. Got my HR up into the mid 170s during the last 3 hills. Then ran home pretty hard. Had originally wanted to run the last 2 miles back to the gym at my half marathon pace, but I could only manage my open marathon pace. Good workout.
