Good track workout. Started with a 2 mile warmup with run ups. Main set - 10x800 (2:59, 2:52, 2:49, 2:45, 2:47, 2:46, 2:47, 2:46, 2:47, 2:45). The first one started out pretty easy and by the third repeat I settled into about a 5:40 pace and was able to maintain that for the rest of the workout. Rest intervals were 90 seconds. One mile c/d. Follwed up with stretching and core workout in the office.
