Tempo run today. 1.75 mile warm up run with some strides at the end (15 minutes).
Main set - 6 miles at half marathon pace (6:05-6:10). Here are the splits -
1. 5:55/162HR
2. 6:00/168HR
3. 5:58/169HR
4. 5:58/171HR
5. 5:56/172HR
6. 6:00/174HR
Six miles in 35:47. 1.25 mile c/d run back to the gym (10 minutes). Not bad considering I ran 14 miles yesterday.
