6 mile out and back. First 6 mile in 37:30, second 6 (into a slight head wind) in 36:00. I faded a bit the last mile and a half. Next week is 30-30-30 and I will probably shoot for 6:20s for the first 30 minutes, 6:10s the second 30 and sub 6 for the last 30.
