Track, long intervals 21x800m on 3.05’s with 200m float/jog r.i. 1.5 mile w/u run to track, the 800 were < 3:00, tried to keep the 200m r.i. around 1:00, but most were about 1:05. Counting the 200m float/jogs, that means 21,000m which equals just over 13 miles. 1.5 mile run home make it an even 16 miles.
