Treadmill hills. 1.5 mile warm up, then half mile hill repeats, with 1/4 mile recovery run at 0%. The hill evelvation was 4%, 5%, 6%, 7% then 8%. Got the HR in the mid-170s (zone 5) during the 7% and 8% half mile repeats. Hard workout.
