Notes

Went to the Spokane Community College track. Ran a 2 mile warm up which included 4x100 yard sprints on the grass infield. Main set 8x800 @ 5k race pace (5:20-5:25 per mile) w/ 200 r.i. Each of the 800s were between 2:40 and 2:43. Pretty consistent. Felt good to go fast. HR was in the low to mid 170s during the latter half of each repeat.
