23 Miles – first 12 easy then 10 miles doing the following (4@ 6:45, 2@6:30, 2@6:20, 2@6:10. 1 mile easy.

Did 12 mile in 1:30, including Regal and Jamison. Then 10 miles in a 6:39 pace, wasn't quite able to hit the mark so I settled for 10 miles at slightly faster than marathon goal pace (6:39 pace for 10 miles). Had to start later because of thunder storms.
