30 minute warm up w/ some spin ups to FTP (functional threshold power) which I am estimating is 250 watts. Main set - (5 minutes between 240-260 watts followed by 3 minutes at 190-200 watts)x10. 50 minutes at FTP. Averaged 232 watts throughout the workout. 10 minute c/d.
