did a 15 min warm up, ran five miles hard effort, then had to jog for half mile, was able to do another mile hard before i just had to cool down and jog for the last mile. went into today hoping to do a warm up, the full nine and then a cool down, but my legs are just weary today. probably from being on my feet so much at the school this week
