horribly hot, all of the windows in the house were steamy from the high humidity. it was awful out there. and i woke up with a horrible headache right behind my right eye. awful. terrible. so hot. just kept it slow so i could make it back home
also, the gym is close until next week so no workouts until home from vacation. i was a grump about it yesterday, really through me for a loop and i had a terrible attitude about it!!!
